The Masharani Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of practice patients, led by an independent steering group and working in conjunction with practice staff to:

• = Provide a forum for discussion of topics concerning the delivery of healthcare by the practice =
• = Provide a mechanism by which patients and staff can make suggestions and provide constructive feedback about the practice and its healthcare provision =
• = Provide opportunities to jointly discuss compliments and complaints, with a view to ongoing improvement =
• = Support measures encouraging patients to take more ownership of their own healthcare =
• = Represent the interests of patients in matters concerning local health and social care provision =

Membership of the PPG is open to all practice patients, and upcoming meeting details are circulated by the practice beforehand. Meetings normally consist of reports from Dr. Masharani and the Practice Manager, an opportunity for patients to ask questions, suggest areas of concern or suggest improvements, and various other topics of general patient interest.

The PPG does not deal with complaints concerning the practice, which should be addressed directly with the practice.

The next meeting of the PPG will be at 7pm on Monday 7th October 2024

Please come and join us to hear reports from the practice, meet practice staff and contribute to discussion and feedback regarding the practice and its services.

All PPG meetings are held at the Masharani Practice (please use rear door, via fire station entrance)
